If your property is outside our service area, or you need a type of real estate service we do not provide, we may refer you to another licensed real estate professional. Where Florida law allows, a referral fee may be paid between real estate brokerages when a referral leads to a closed transaction. A referral fee does not increase the commission you pay, and we will tell you before you are referred if one applies.
