Selling a home is a big decision, and we want every client to feel well represented. If something about our service has not met your expectations, we want to hear about it directly, early, and in your own words.

Call 954 628 2254 or email [email protected]. You can raise a concern at any stage, whether you have only had a consultation, your home is currently listed, or your sale has already closed.
It helps if you can tell us:
You will not be treated any differently for raising a concern, and doing so does not change your rights under your listing agreement.
You can ask for your concern to be reviewed by the managing broker of Beach Town Real Estate.
You always keep your outside options. Real estate licensees in Florida are regulated by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and the Florida Real Estate Commission, and you may file a complaint with the DBPR at any time. If your concern involves a REALTOR®, you may also contact the local REALTOR® association. Using this policy first is not a requirement, and it does not limit your rights.
We keep a record of what was raised and how it was resolved, and we review those records so the same issue does not happen to another client.
Tell us early. Most concerns are easier to resolve while a listing is active than after closing. Call 954 628 2254 or email [email protected] and we will get back to you.
